Services, you represent that you are legally permitted to do so and that your use does not violate any

MatrixQuant LABS does not warrant that the Services are appropriate or permitted in all jurisdictions.
Users accessing the Services from outside Hong Kong are responsible for complying with their local laws.

The Services are software tools for educational and informational purposes only and are not financial,
investment, trading, or advisory services. MatrixQuant LABS does not execute trades, monitor brokerage
accounts, or act as a broker or financial advisor.
Account Registration
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete registration information;

Maintain the security of your account credentials;

Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or security breach.
You are fully responsible for all activities conducted under your account. MatrixQuant LABS may suspend

Payment, Subscriptions, and Billing

Subscription Renewals

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
Upgrades

You may upgrade your subscription at any time by paying the price difference between plans.
Refund Policy

Monthly subscriptions: eligible for a 7-day full refund;

Annual subscriptions: non-refundable as they are discounted plans;

No refunds for partial periods, used periods, or digital-only access once fulfilled.
All the access is valid till the Tradingview platform is publicly available. MatrixQuant LABS is not liable
to provide any refunds due to any changes made in Tradingview platform access policies or unavailability
of the Tradingview platform or any other reason related to Tradingview.
User Responsibilities
By using our Services, you agree that you will not:

Use the Services for illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes;

Reverse engineer, copy, or attempt to reproduce our code or algorithms;

Share, resell, or redistribute our indicators or Services;

Use automated systems to extract data;

Attempt to circumvent access controls or licensing protections.
Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.
Intellectual Property
All content, indicators, algorithms, code, designs, trademarks, branding, and materials within the
Services are the exclusive property of MatrixQuant LABS, Limited. You are granted a non-exclusive,
non-transferable, limited license to use the Services for personal educational purposes. You may not
copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any MatrixQuant intellectual property.
TradingView Disclosure
The charts displayed on this website are powered by TradingView. Most of our technical indicators are
built on the TradingView platform. TradingView® is a registered trademark of TradingView, Inc.
(www.TradingView.com).
MatrixQuant LABS is not affiliated, associated, endorsed by, or connected with TradingView, Inc., and
TradingView does not sponsor or support our Services.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MatrixQuant LABS and its officers, employees, agents, and
developers shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;

Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business;

Delays, failures, or technical issues;

Losses caused by reliance on indicators or alerts;

Losses from missed, delayed, or failed signals;

Third-party service interruptions.
Even if informed of the possibility of such damages. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the

Termination
MatrixQuant may terminate or suspend access to the Services at any time for:

Suspected misuse;

Non-payment;

Upon termination, your license to use the Services ends immediately. No refunds are provided for
violations resulting in termination.
